We need everybody in the Parish who is able to help us clean and renovate St Paul's inside and out.
Every month St Paul's is cleaned by a volunteer but we have not done a really in depth clean since 2012 when the church reopened after our last renovation. Since then some of our helpers have retired and we have gradually acquired a long list of small jobs for which we need help. some of which were recommended by our Quinquennial Report
completed last year. These range from cleaning and polishing to washing and painting. small maintenance tasks and work outside. If we were to pay to have all these to be done we would find ourselves with a considerable bill which we would find difficulty in meeting.
Although we are hoping to concentrate our efforts during the week 5th to 12th June some tasks may start before this and end when completed. or may be accomplished when you have the time.
Please contact Barbara Wright for a list of help needed and who will
give you further Information.

To Good Friday when our service was taken by Rev'd Gill Hart and to Easter Sunday when our service was led by Rev'd Isobel Halsall.
On Easter Saturday the church was beautifully decorated and a small Easter garden was made by children in response to the Easter story told by Gill Hart.
On Easter morning we had a great service with bells. Easter hymns. Easter eggs. people. lots of daffodils and some of Amanda's delicious cakes with coffee giving us the opportunity to greet each other afterwards.
